Mr. Nakajima has served as Chief Executive Officer since July 2004. He joined Skylight Biotech from Recruit Co., Ltd. where he had been a Senior Associate of Technology Management Division. Mr. Nakajima holds a B.A. in Political Science and Economics from Waseda University.

Mr.Honda is the corporate director of Skylight Biotech.
Before joining Skylight Biotech, he served at Takeda Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd. as a corporate officer.
Mr. Honda holds a B.S. in Pharmaceutical Sciences from Kyoto University.

Yasutaka WADA
Mr. Wada is the corporate director of Skylight Biotech. Before joining Skylight Biotech, he served at Summit Pharmaceuticals Inc.,
Daiichi Radioisotope Laboratories, Ltd., Pfizer Japan Inc. and Shionogi Pharma Inc.
Mr. Wada holds a Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences from Chiba University.

Kazuo TAKI
Mr. Taki is the corporate auditor of Skylight Biotech and the inspector of The Dark Room International, a nonprofit organization. Before joining Skylight Biotech, he served at Honmoku Dock Depot Inc. and Japan Development Bank (currently Development Bank of Japan). Mr. Taki holds a B.A. in Economics from Tohoku University.
